Narrator: Oh, the power and poetry of the theatre!

What’s it all about?

The Squirrels have had an amazing adventure with Duggee and King Tiger, and want to tell everyone all about it! They decide to tell the story using puppets, and make their very own puppets of themselves and everyone else in the story. The Squirrels then use the puppets to put on a puppet show called “Adventure with Tiger”.

This is the episode where:

  1. We meet King Tiger for the very first time.
  2. Happy gets distracted from telling the story by playing with the teapot.
  3. King Tiger entertains the Squirrels with belly dancers. Jelly belly dancers!
Isn't it time for?

Isn’t it time for?

At the start of the episode, Tag is playing with a toy robot, when he realises it’s time for Squirrel Club.

What did we learn?

  1. Puppets are brilliant! You can use them to tell stories – about things that have happened to you, or completely made-up stories!
  2. You can make your own puppets out of just about anything! Socks are a great place to start though.
