Mini Spider Pizzas

Ingredients (makes 8 mini pizzas):
- 1 large plain naan bread
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- Handful grated mozzarella
- 12 black olives
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
- Using a small round cookie cutter, cut as many mini pizza bases as you can get from the naan bread.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato puree over each naan circle, then place them all on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle over the grated cheese then bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Whilst the pizzas are cooking, slice 4 of the olives in half for the spiders bodies. Slice the remaining olives in half, then cut each half into 4 legs so that you end up with 8 spider bodies and 8 legs for each of them.
- As soon as the pizzas are cooked, remove from the oven and immediately top each on with an olive spider.
- Serve and enjoy!
