  4. Draw a dot of writing icing on each white chocolate button to make eyes.
  5. Place two chocolate button eyes on the top of each melon triangle.

  7. Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.

Fruit hens

Ingredients (makes 3):

  • 1 mango
  • 1 slice watermelon

Method:

  1. Peel the mango, then slice the fleshy part off each side, cutting as close to the stone as possible.
  2. Trim the mango pieces so that you have flat slices, then cut triangle shapes from the slices, as big as you can make them.
  3. Cut 3 small triangles from the watermelon.
  4. Cut 9 small rectangle slices from the watermelon, for the legs and beaks.
  5. Arrange the 3 triangles of mango on a plate, then add a watermelon triangle, 2 watermelon legs and a watermelon beak to each mango triangle to turn them into hens.
  6. Using the tip of a small sharp knife, cut a slit in the top of each mango triangle for the eyes.
  7. Serve immediately.
